Proposal
Add a new cycleway value, to tag cycling footrests. These are usually put in before traffic lights that may require the cyclist to wait for a while. It means they can rest their foot against the structure and hold themselves up without dismounting. Used on nodes.
Rationale
Tagging
cycleway=footrest
only nodes, attached to way
similar tag to cycleway=asl
use in combination with direction=forward/backward if the way isn't oneway
