8motions is a mobile map centric application, that can be used to display numerous map data on a mobile. The application have the following features:
- Can use internal or external Bluetooth GPS
- OpenStreetMap can be used (as well as any other "standard" map provider)
- unique "Mapz" feature, that allows to download an intelligent maplet on the mobile
- ability to tag new POIs
- upload your track: can be used to create a GPS track to fill the OpenStreetMap database
- using the OpenCellId database (OpenCellID) on Sony Ericsson phones
This application is based on the powerful J2memap library.
