Change unnamed key to noname

There are currently 1078 ways and 2 relations that have the tag unnamed=yes. This is deprecated, favoring noname=yes.

I propose to change these objects' tags to noname=yes. Some (~10) objects have both tags, so I would simply remove unnamed=yes for these objects.

There is 1 object having a different key containing the string "name": osm:way/24915655. This has loc_name=* and noname=yes, which are both valid, so I will follow the same process as above.

There are about 10+ clusters of these objects worldwide, so I will make a changeset for each regional cluster.
