BruTile (github.com/BruTile/BruTile) is a C# library to access tile services. It fetches tiles from OpenStreetMap or other tile services to use in an interactive slippy map interface. It can be used in .NET applications on desktop, mobile (using Xamarin) or server side. It is one of several options for deploying your own Slippy Map.
ArcBruTile (https://github.com/ArcBruTile/ArcBruTile/ ) is an extension of ArcGIS which uses the BruTile library to bring tiles into ArcGIS.
