This template displays an image with all its translations:

This template displays a translated description for one week for a given language:

(Internally if there's still no description, it just displays a link to add a new description, prefilled with {{Iotw text/Preload}}, otherwise it internally uses {{Featured image descriptions exist}} to list all supported translations and sort them by the leading language name)
