• The Executive Director (ED) submitted an update.
  • Election post going out this week - board, review and submit any additions
  • Employee handbook updates - shared out
  • 2025 Budget to be reviewed at January meeting

• Strategic Priority meeting - spent main section of meeting working on priorities for 2025
