Approval of Minutes

• The Executive Director (ED) submitted an update.
  • Team retreat was a success
    • Worked through priority document
    • Board to review at February meeting
  • Mapping USA
    • Schedule review and fill in host spots
    • On track for conference next week
  • Upcoming - Attending Esri FedUC/Hike the Hill in DC

Old Business

• Imagery donations
  • Harrison to join the Imagery Working Group to discuss

New Business

• 2025 Draft Budget - Reviewed and approved by board
• Executive Director Annual Review - discussed
• Presidential Volunteer Service Awards are available - Alyssa is the contact for this
