Lets's join to collaborate the missing tags in India

Summary

The aim of this proposal is also to collaborate all missing and useful feature tags in India.

Reasoning

In India we have different terms to describe POI's and some times the properties of the features might change comparing with the Global OSM tagging.

In global convention nursing home refers to the a home for elderly person for a permanent care but In case of India, this is  mostly used as a place where people can get health related facilities for both outpatient and inpatients.

Example:

In India many of the hospitals are also providing medical education. In that case we can tag as amenity=hospital and building=college for the same feature.
