Postboxes should be tagged with ref=*, from the reference number displayed on the plate on the postbox, eg ref=IV1 123. The Dracos site will be automatically updated from OSM for postboxes with ref tags every week or so.

IV4	Beauly	22	2		IV4 182 (Hughton crossroads) postbox is no longer present. From a photo on Flickr [1] it was there in November 2007, but was removed by February 2009 [2] IV4 163 - can't find this, only location given is "P". Contacted Royal Mail, they say they have no record of it in their database, so conclude that this box is no longer in use.
