Simplify Description
The description of this data item comes from a 2018 bot import without any cited sources.
I've played the sport, followed the professional tour, read the history of the game and been involved with disc golf for years and have never heard it called anything other than disc golf. "Frisbee" golf is a term used by people unfamiliar with the game - because they've seen or used a frisbee disc which is completely different from a golf disc. Some people use that term in almost a pejorative sense to belittle the sport (a Frisbee is a toy). The term frolf is more of a slang term for disc golf.
I think the wikidata item should be improved to just simplify the name of the sport to the most commonly used, recognized and proper term: "disc golf". The game is almost universally known as "disc golf" as in "Professional Disc Golf Association". Including rare or even non-existent nicknames is confusing.

"disc golf" synonym 'folf'
Apparently the term 'folf' is used in locally in Missoula Montana (example: City of Missoula 'Folf in the Parks' program https://www.ci.missoula.mt.us/2174/Folf-in-the-Parks) There's a discussion on Reddit "Does anyone still call it folf" and Is it folf or frolf?
Wiktionary cites it as a rare term.
