Mergin Maps is an open-source GIS application, mainly used for the collection of geospatial data in the field. It empowers QGIS users with a sleek mobile data collection solution on both Android [1] and iOS [2] devices. It works offline and it's also compatible with existing QGIS projects.

OpenStreetMap in Mergin Maps

Setting up of Mergin Maps background maps is done in QGIS. See QGIS and Mergin Maps documentation for setup of the usage of OpenStreetMap for the project. There is no built-in possibility to upload changes back to an OpenStreetMap server directly from Mergin Maps.
