Proposal
In this proposal, we'd like to extend the 'armrest' tagging to also include toilets. Some sitting toilets have armrests attached to the pot itself. For this, to map this, we would like to use the 'armrest'-tag.
Rationale
Users with reduced mobility (especially wheelchair users, but also some elderly people) need those armrests to safely and independently use the toilet.
Note that many wheelchair accessible toilets do have grab rails, which are mounted on the wall and might be foldable as well. This proposal is not about those, there is another proposal which is complementary with this proposal.
Tagging

We recommend to always indicate the side. armrest=yes indicates that there is at least one armrest and very probably has an armrest on both sides, but this is semantically not clear.
Prefixes
If all the toilets of a node have the same armrest setup, no prefix is needed. If only the wheelchair-accessible toilet has armrests, use the prefixed keys toilets:wheelchair:armrest:left and toilets:wheelchair:armrest:right
