Proposal
This proposes that the tag natural=ground gets added to the list of tags on natural=*.
Rationale
This will be used to fill in the landcover gap between sand and bare rock. In the area that I'm most active in (Western South Dakota, Eastern Wyoming), there are a number of areas of natural open dirt with minimal to no vegetation. However, there is no accepted tag for this type of formation, with a number of similar tags being used (natural=bare_ground, natural=bare_earth, natural=bare_soil, natural=earth, natural=ground, natural=soil, etc.). This proposal would consolidate these tags under natural=ground, which was picked because the corresponding surface=* tag had over 3 million uses.
