Proposal talk:Boundary=cadastral

I like this proposal - but some thoughts.

What if a boundary obviously is legit data, but the marker itself is not existing anymore. Illegal removal for instance? The boundary node can still be added right, but there's no more marker for that point.

2nd thought, why only boundary=marker and not also man_made=survey_point because in my city they're both!

3rd thought, how about operator=* to indicate which authoritative institution is in charge of the markers and boundary?
