I see these kinds of right of way:

• No signs: Priority to the right / left, depending on country default.
• Mini roundabout signs: Priority to the left where country default is right and vice versa.
• Priority to the inclining direction: In countries with many mountains.
• Signs: Priority street, ahead or with additional signs turning priority.
