Servers/tile

Information about the OSMF servers was previously maintained here, but this was error-prone. The information is now automatically generated using the code in this GitHub repository.

To find current tile servers, look for machines described as "Tile server" on https://hardware.openstreetmap.org. Click on the server's name to see their technical specification, or on the link in the "Stats" column to see their current state and performance statistics.
