The use of this tag is DISCOURAGED. Use proper building=* tag instead. For office use proper office tag, for example for government offices use office=government. In other situations amenity=townhall, amenity=library, amenity=police, amenity=hospital, amenity=school, leisure=sports_centre, amenity=community_centre, amenity=archive may be useful.
