Dumplings(饺子 is a kind of traditional Chinese food (especially in northern provience in China), and spread to many countries.
This kind of food is use flour to make outer, and fill it with different content. Such as beef, mutten, pork, vegetable.
Usually in China people called it "Jiaozi(饺子)" or "Shuijiao(水饺)".
There is the more often used Tag cuisine=dumplings, which should be considered to use instead of cuisine=dumpling.
