Tools for this tag |
|
This tag is used for stationary, permanent cranes that are outdoors. These cranes may be movable in a restricted area, e.g. gantry crane on rails. Examples of these cranes are for those at docks, or large storage/manufacturing areas.
- Note
Not for temporarily erected cranes on construction sites.
How to map
Add this tag to a node or to an area outlining the crane.
For cranes running on rails draw a node(s) or an area(s) outlining each individual crane and draw a separate way through the rails.
- Note
The method of tagging rails for mobile cranes is not a solved problem. Please visit the talk page to discuss.
As of 2021-10-08 the main approaches seem to be as follows:
1) Mark the base area of all cranes and the rail with.
man_made=crane crane:type=* crane:mobile=rail
2) Mark the individual cranes with:
man_made=crane crane:type=* crane:mobile=rail
Mark the rails with
man_made=crane crane:mobile=rail
