A oneway value of -1 means that the road is oneway, with allowed passage opposite to its way direction.

Where possible, consider reversing the way and replacing with oneway=yes.

There are no known cases where oneway=-1 is needed. But there are valid uses in some more complex values, for example using Conditional restrictions to map oneway rules which depend on the time of day as well or when tagging contraflow lanes of bicycle lanes.
