Indicates that transit traffic using both non-motorized (e.g. bicycles) and motorized vehicles is not allowed, but anyone may still use it to reach destination that can not be reached otherwise.
Attention, often wrongly used: Use motor_vehicle=destination instead if the transit traffic restriction only applies to motorized vehicles and not to non-motorized vehicles (e.g. bicycles).
Overrides access=* and in turn can be overridden by more specific motor_vehicle=*, bicycle=* etc.
