Point of this page? Delete?

What's the point of this page? It might be good to have a page called "CC-BY-SA", which talks about CC-BY-SA in general, and what it means for OpenStreetMap map data/map renderings etc. Or I suppose we might have a page called "Creative Commons Licenses" or something. These things should probably written by somebody who knows what they're talking about, and written a little cautiously, since this wiki should not be "giving legal advice".

This page currently doesn't really touch on many points, and I guess was created to fill a link somewhere. The normal thing to link to would be the URL of course: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/ That's a link which carries some more legal weight, since it's pointing people to the actual legal text.

May be best to delete
