iD 'error' when using this tag

A site has 3 spaces for parking, and all 3 spaces are for disabled.

iD suggests that 'tags are incomplete' when I use the tags capacity:disabled=3 without the tag capacity=*

Can I ignore this? Or should I use capacity=3; capacity:disabled=3 (ie, 3/3 spaces are for disabled)? or capacity=0; capacity:disabled=3 ? eteb3 (talk) 11:24, 8 October 2020 (UTC)
