device type

Is there a common way to tag the traffic monitoring device type? eg. there are:

• magnetic loops built into the road surface
• video cameras using computer vision to detect vehicles
• road tubes that measure by detecting air pressure changes as the wheel rolls over

Lines linking the loops

Along with the loops in the pavement, there are lines that link them, also visible on the aerial imagery, embedded in the pavement. What should we do about them? Map them too? Jidanni (talk) 10:05, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
