WMS down?

Hi.

The linked WMS service here seems to be down at the moment: http://www.gisnet.lv/cgi-bin/osm_latvia?service=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetCapabilities just returns an HTTP/404 "not found" error message.

Is this just a temporary outage maybe?

there was a hardware failure, and the service has been down since then. not sure whether it will be restored. the infrared ortophoto layer might provide some relief here : http://osm.lv/blog/2018/01/pieejams-ortofoto-infrasarkanaja-spektra/ --Richlv (talk) 21:46, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
