Removing tracking parameters

I'm not exactly sure if Mechanical_Edits/Mateusz_Konieczny_-_bot_account/remove_tracking_parameters2/ is still alive. Checking for a large number of key value pairs using regular expressions on a global scale turned out to be a good performance test case for Overpass queries, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Mmd/Overpass_API_-_experimental_corner#Identify_Tracking_parameters
