Data origin/age

I have a smallish change history. and believe I have isolated the age of the MCS data to between Jun 5 and Jun 16 2009.

I named the following street on Jun 5 and then renamed it on Jun 16. Unless MCS has renamed the street (they don't seem to have done any cleanup) the database must be between these two dates.
