Cannot search for byway

Now that "highway:byway" is deprecated and all the UK byways are now "highway:path" with the "designation:byway_open_to_all_traffic" it is impossible to search for such byways. Help! Psb777 (talk) 10:37, 1 May 2015 (UTC)

Synchronization across multiple languages

@Fgnievinski: Good question! I'm doing a presentation about Nominatim Special Phrases, and maybe in the future I could try to automate (or at least allow compare what is in each language) what you asked. I do not have a timeline for it, But I already done some text mining work on https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/fititnt/diary/402004, so maybe I could try a more focused example, with practical use (like your question). --EmericusPetro (talk) 03:39, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
