Tags used by OSM2World

• It would be good to add a section on (or links to the other pages on) what tags are used by OSM2World to create buildings. This will encourage mappers to map the necessary 3D info. It would also be worth mentioning the coverage available on the slippymap at the moment. Daveemtb 14:17, 16 April 2012 (BST)

• I've added a link to the "Simple 3D Buildings" page, which is (for the most part) what OSM2World uses for buildings. There's also the auto-generated list of tags parsed by OSM2World. I hope this is sufficient? --Tordanik 00:24, 18 April 2012 (BST)

update frequency

The about page states that the tiles are rendered one a week. this area is already overdue 3 days: http://maps.osm2world.org/?zoom=18&lat=48.26758&lon=14.25976&layers=B0TTFT does it take longer now, since austria is also rendered lately? --Flaimo (talk) 18:52, 21 April 2013 (UTC)

• That's just been bad luck. The tile got updated quite early in the last run and did not get updated this run, yet. Additionaly we had a short outage of the render server. I tested the tile manually and it's ok and now up to date --Peda (talk)
