Colored Interstate detours?

Is there a way to map Pennsylvania's colored detour routes? Does the route=detour relation meant for use in the Netherlands and Germany apply here?

This would also apply to the Fort Pitt, Squirrel Hill, and Liberty tunnels, which have alternate routes permanently posted. --jleedev (talk) 13:56, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
