Cut Over Date for API 0.5

The first "changeset" after the change over to v0.5 appears to be https://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/52148, which was opened at 2007-10-07T14:35:40Z. Interestingly this does not line up with what is in https://planet.openstreetmap.org/cc-by-sa/history/2007/1007-1008.osc.gz, which has the same changeset starting at 2007-10-07T13:35:40Z. I guess something happened at some point to move the timestamps by 1 hour.

Cut Over Date for API 0.6

The first changeset after the change over to v0.6 is https://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/873480, opened at 2009-04-21T08:49:28Z.

Sources for extras?

In 2018 geofabrik stopped providing history extras: https://blog.geofabrik.de/?p=484, so I propose to remove this link. Also, is there any more sources for osh extras?
