Padova

Bicycles are vehicles

Be careful, in most countries bicycles are considered as vehicles, so use motor_vehicle=* as bicycles are admitted in nearly all LTZs

Permissions

The text at present says:

"Use vehicle=permit unless an access permit is not routinely granted to almost everyone requesting it; in this case, use vehicle=private."

I think it should be the other way round:

"Use motor_vehicle=permit with caution, as this would mean that permits are given to almost everyone requesting it. In most cases this is not the case and hence use motor_vehicle=private."

In many LTZ in Italy electric vehicles are allowed

In some LTZ in Italy motorcycles are generally allowed

Pedestrian areas and LTZ

Pedestrian Areas and LTZ are orthogonal. E.g. you may be by car in a LTZ when it is open to general traffic, but you may encounter inside the LTZ a Pedestrian Area has different and independent opening times (This a frequent problem in Padova)

Different levels of restrictions in different parts of LTZ

Padova has two subzones: one that has some time windows without restrictions, and another one that is valid 24h.
