Removing the banner "Use oneway:bicycle=no instead..."

It is written «Use oneway:bicycle=no instead, it has the same meaning and greater acceptance. Using both at the same time is also unnecessary.»
Which is completely false :
opposite_lane has two meaning :

1. there is a lane
2. going in the opposite direction of the way

oneway:bicycle=no Just say it's legal for bicycle to go both way. It can be usefull to use both if there is an opposite_lane but close for some reason (infrastructure is present but no legal right to use it).--Florimondable (talk) 19:39, 10 March 2021 (UTC)
