Deprecate and replace with landuse=salt_pond

A salt pond or saltern is a man-made structure for producing sea salt. The tag landuse=salt_pond was approved for this purpose and is more common. I suspect that tagging as a wetland became common because it renders in the Openstreetmap Carto style (the standard layer on openstreetmap.org). But it would make sense to encourage mappers to use landuse=salt_pond instead. --Jeisenbe (talk) 11:50, 7 March 2020 (UTC)
