Please describe what manual review will take place for the stops. For example, at Caio Mario there is a GTFS stop (Fermata 3380 - agnelli cap) on top of a Caio Mario Nord tram stop. To me it is unclear if these should match, and whether GTFS-OSM-Import will match these. (NB it seems they should match, the other GTFS stops for Caio Mario Nord give C. Agnelli as alternate in stop_description)

Stable reference to GTFS stops

Have you looked at how you want to refer to the stops/routes in the GTFS feed? To me it seems like the stop_code is stable, I have found a stop on Google Streetview that has the stop_code printed on it. streetview
