Usage
Use this for mini in-line link to a X (twitter) account.
Notes
For former accounts, you can change it to {{Former Twitter account}} instead.
Should create a new template and move to "X" maybe
Syntax

Parameters
user name – The X (twitter) username to link to.
Link to X (twitter) account.
