Traverse City Pictometry
The Traverse City Pictometry is high quality Pictometry provided by Traverse City's GIS department in Traverse City, Michigan. The Pictometry aerial imagery covers all of the city's borders and has Pictometry for 2022. There used to be imagery for 2021, 2020, and 2017 but they have been deleted from the arcgis server. The imagery's offset is different in every place so please add an appropriate offset to match with existing data.
License
The License of the imagery is not published on the Traverse City. In a series of emails with Jerry Swanson, the GIS Coordinator, he stated this in a final email:
"We do not formally respond to this type of request. Since the URL is public, the imagery can be utilized in applications that can consume and display rest services."
This is obviously very brief so there may be conflicting opinions on if editors like JOSM and iD can use this imagery but in the email Jerry did say, "Since the URL is public, the imagery can be utilized in applications that consume and display rest services." So, it is up to you whether or not you choose to use the imagery. You also assume all risks when using the imagery.
