Currently based in London.
In OSM since 2012, started mapping more since covid-era, when I joined the MissingMaps London mapathons on a regular basis.
More recently, I have worked with HOT - Humanitarian OpensStreetMap Team on assessing the performance of fAIr from an academic point of view.
I have presented my research on this topic both at SoTM 2024 in Nairobi, and at the GeoMob special edition for OSM’s 20th anniversary in London.
In the past I have been involved with the Osgeo and Foss4G community, mainly from Italy, and some of the stuff I have done during my PhD is been incorporated as an add-on in Grass GIS.
