Having purchased a Garmin Venture and seen the price of maps, I looked on-line for alternatives. To me this is the best way of getting maps.

I am currently mapping around the Crewe and Nantwich area and have already completed most of Shavington. I am sure that I have made a lot of errors in how I draw features in JOSM, but with more experience I will re-visit the area and correct my mistakes!

The detail around Crewe seems to be improving every day I suspect there are a few more people looking at this area.
