I started using OSM somewhere in may 2007.
I'm using my TomTom One as gps device. The logging software on my TomTom I use is "nmealogger".
I'm mapping my hometown (Kapelle-op-den-Bos) and surroundings (Tisselt, Westrode, Londerzeel, ...). This is around the A12 between Antwerp and Brussels. My girlfriend lives in Dendermonde so that environment will also appear on the map. For my work i visit different site in Belgium, including Temse/Sint-Niklaas, Groot-bijgaarden, Ukkel, ...
