Osmosis and https

Hi, Thanks for updating https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=HowTo_minutely_hstore&diff=next&oldid=1549100 .

I think that osmosis has always supported https - the problem was that it didn't follow redirects by default. This was "fixed" in https://github.com/SomeoneElseOSM/mod_tile/blob/master/openstreetmap-tiles-update-expire by asking it to get an https link in the first place, rather than an http one and expecting it to follow the redirect.
