redundant?

- @Mateusz Konieczny: I removed that line because I read it as a repeat of what was stated a paragraph ago: "The number of lanes is referred to the lanes available to the traffic using the main highway=* key, in this example and also by definition of lanes=* key motorized traffic. See the proposal of the :lanes suffix for further explanation." Since bicycles are not motorized traffic I assumed that what is in the note was implied. If you feel that the extra clarification is needed please feel free to re-add it. Rivermont (talk) 18:06, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
