Typical VA signs

The VA Signage Design Manual is the standard for all signage, including indoor wayfinding signs and outdoor traffic signs and road markings, at facilities maintained by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), including the hospitals and clinics of the Veterans Health Administration and the cemeteries of the National Cemetery Administration. The manual is developed by the Facilities Standards Service of the Office of Facilities Planning in the VA's Office of Construction & Facilities Management, complementing the national Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The latest revision was published on February 19, 2025.
