Thank you for your email and interest in the World Database on Protected Areas (WDPA).
 
Unfortunately the current licensing of the WDPA has a number of restrictions that are not 
compatible with the OpenStreetMap licensing (Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.0). 
The WDPA license terms are continuously reviewed and will be re-evaluated in light of your 
request. We will contact you if things change.
