Waterloo region/Kitchener authorization
The City of Kitchener's GeoSpatial Data and Analytics department has given explicit ascent to using Kitchener OGL data in OSM, subject to attribution in the normal page.
Email text
Kitchener's open data licence uses version 1.0 of the Open Government Licence. I have added it below. As per the licence, the City of Kitchener has no objections to geodata derived in part from its Open Government Licensed data being incorporated into the OpenStreetMap project geodata database and released under a free and open license. We would appreciate attribution along with the other organizations.
[Kitchener OGL 1.0 text elided]
