Resumen

Este artículo presenta el proyecto de solicitud a la Fundación OpenStreetMap de capítulo local en Argentina.

Propuesta

Luego de varios años de crecimiento de la comunidad local, colaborando con otras organizaciones en el desarrollo de diversas actividades se propuso como siguiente meta la constitución de una entidad legal que represente tanto a la comunidad OpenStreetMap Argentina como también a la de Geochicas y Geoinquietos (capítulo local de OSGeo).

Como resultado fue creada la asociación GeoLibres en diciembre de 2018.

Siendo parte de la comunidad local de OSM y miembros de GeoLibres, proponemos presentar a la Fundación OSM como capítulo local quedando esto a determinar bajo votación abierta.

Documentos a presentar

La Fundación OSM solicita enviar con la propuesta documentos propios de la entidad legal que se afiliará y un acuerdo entre las dos partes, firmado por quien represente la asociación local. A continuación se adjuntan los enlaces a dichos documentos para información de la comunidad y en especial para quienes voten a favor o no de ser representados por GeoLibres como capítulo local de la OSMF en Argentina.
