Urban region within the Winchester beltway of I-81 and VA-37. Mix of industrial and row homes. We see that OSM only has major industrial centers mapped, no one has traced the individual buildings. In most cases, the VGIN dataset is of high enough quality that it creates distinct polygons for individual residences in a unified townhome/row house building
