Discouraged tag; use much more common tag roof:shape=*
This tag has sometimes been used to characterize the shape of a building's roof, with values "pitched", "gabled", "flat", "hipped", etc.
However, roof:shape=* is much more common and supported by database users. See Simple 3D Buildings.
