The individual tag values can be yes, served. If a location is a bakery which is serving for example cake the right combination would be food:cake=served and if you only know that you can get cakes, but don't know in which form you should use food:cake=yes. raw if the meal is not cooked, i.e. not cooked pasta or specific vegetable
