Commission to Preserve National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina, passing its decisions at the sessions held in accordance to Article V paragraph 4 of Annex 8 of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 39 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Commission. A document passed on such session consists of two parts titled DECISION ("ODLUKA") and Rationale ("Obrazloženje").
The Number ("Broj") of the decision is written on the left side at the bottom of the page of the first portion of the document titled "DECISION", along the Date ("Datum") and the location, while on the right side is Commission's president's signature.
The decision number, date and location written at the botom left-side in .pdf document stored on the official website looks like this - example:

How to
- If the monument is National Monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina, we should use following values: heritage=2 + heritage:operator=kons + ref:kons=* (identifying KONS (followed by numbers)). Following information can be added also: kons:inscription_date=* + kons:decision number=*.
